What happens when I reach $50,000 in referral sales?
Participants who reach the Tier 1 level (Ocean Turquoise) will be notified by certified mail that they have earned a 4 night Royal Caribbean Cruise for Two. At that time you have the option to accept the 4 night trip, or keep going to earn the 7 night trip.

Can I earn both the 4-night and 7-night trip?
No, once you reach $50,000 level on Tier 1 (Ocean Turquoise $50,000 - $124,999) in referral sales you have the option to accept the 4-night Royal Caribbean Cruise for Two, or continue on with the program to win the Tier 2 level (Ocean Sapphire 125,000+) 7- night Royal Caribbean Cruise for Two. Participants may not earn both trips.

How do I get my trip?
If you chose to accept the 4-night trip, or continue on to earn the 7-night cruise, you will be sent a certificate by certified mail redeemable for travel with The Travel Mart Inc., 1290 Bassett Rd., Westlake, OH 44145 when all referral home improvement projects have been completed and paid.

What happens after I accept my Royal Caribbean Cruise for two?
Once you accept the Tier 1 4- night cruise (Ocean Turquoise ) or continue on and accept the Tier 2 (Ocean Sapphire) 7- night cruise, you have completed the 2nd part of the referral reward incentive program and you start back at 0 referral dollars to begin building towards winning another trip.

Do my cash rewards levels start all over too?
No, the cash reward levels portion of your program remain the same. Once you have attained Platinum level in referral sales, your cash reward for referrals remains at $400 a referral (minimum sales amounts apply at the Platinum level) as you build your referral dollars again for your next Royal Caribbean Cruise for Two.

What do I do when I get my certificate for travel?
You must redeem the certificate through The Travel Mart, Inc., 1290 Bassett Rd., Westlake, OH 44145. Contact information will be provided on your certificate. It is up to you to call The Travel Mart to book your cruise and they will take care of all your reservation needs.

Can I redeem my certificate for travel any time?
Black out dates do apply to available travel dates. All the details you need will be provided by The Travel Mart. The Travel Mart does require a minimum of 3 weeks notice to confirm reservations once a cruise reward has been received. For best cabin availability, allow at least 4 weeks between receiving the reward and booking your cruise.

How long is my certificate valid for travel?
Winners will have one (1) calendar year from the time the travel certificate is received to redeem their travel reward. If not redeemed within one (1) calendar year, the certificate of travel with The Travel Mart becomes null and void.

What if I have referred business to The Home Remodelers Group prior to September 30, 2007?
The Home Remodeler's Group® wishes to thank those customers that have referred business to us in the past. For that reason, The Home Remodeler's Group® will award $25,000 dollars credit to begin the Win a Caribbean Cruise program to customers who are have reached the "Platinum" level of referral rewards prior to September 30, 2007. Gold and Silver level referrers will keep their referral dollar amounts as of September 30, 2007 to begin earning dollars toward their Royal Caribbean Cruise reward.
