By participating, you give Sponsor express permission to contact you regarding this promotion and future offers. You must meet eligibility requirements to participate in this promotion. Winners of this Royal Caribbean Cruise for Two incentive must book the prize through The Travelmart Inc., 1290 Bassett Rd., Westlake, OH 44145. Tier 1 Ocean Turquoise Level ($50,000-$124,999 in referral sales) includes the following: booking on a Royal Caribbean Cruise for two with an inside cabin for 4 nights, all meals, (alcoholic and soft drinks are extra), round trip airfare from Newark, NJ, ground transfers to/from ship and current taxes and port charges. Tier 1 (Turquoise level) vacation package is limited to a 4 nights Eastern or Western Caribbean Cruise itinerary and is limited to Voyager, Radiance and Vision class ships. These awards are offered through the incentive program of Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines® 1050 Caribbean Way, Miami, FL 33132. The retail value of this prize for Tier 1 (Turquoise Level) is not to exceed $4,000. Tier 2 Ocean Sapphire Level ($125,000+ in referral sales) includes the following: booking on a Royal Caribbean Cruise for two with an inside cabin for 7 nights, all meals, (alcoholic and soft drinks are extra), round trip airfare from Newark, NJ, ground transfers to/from ship and current taxes and port charges, and includes a voucher of $300 for tips and gratuities on the cruise. Tier 2 (Ocean Sapphire level) vacation package is limited to a 7 night Eastern or Western Caribbean Cruise itinerary. The retail value of this prize for Tier 2 (Ocean Sapphire Level) is not to exceed $5,000. The conditions of this offer are subject to change under the incentive program administered by Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines®. In the event of the cancellation of the Royal Caribbean incentive program, and only in the event of cancellation of the program, a certificate for travel equal to the prize dollar amount will be issued and must be redeemed with The Travel Mart. These awards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be bartered or sold. This offer cannot be combined with any other offers. Mark Four Enterprises will issue a 1099 form to all winners, however; this prize is deemed an award and the winner of this prize is responsible for any tax reporting requirements. Winner is responsible for any additional state, local or federal taxes or fees. Black out dates apply to available travel dates. The Travel Mart will require a minimum of 3 weeks notice to confirm reservations once a cruise reward has been received Participants who reach the Tier 1 level (Ocean Turquoise) will be notified by certified mail that they have earned a 4 night Royal Caribbean Cruise for Two. At that time, participants have the option to accept the Tier 1, 4-night Royal Caribbean Cruise for Two, or continue on with the program to win the Tier 2 level (Ocean Sapphire) 7- night Royal Caribbean Cruise for Two. Participants may not earn both cruises. Winners will have one (1) calendar year from the time the travel certificate is received to redeem their travel reward. If not redeemed within one (1) calendar year, the certificate of travel with The Travel Mart becomes null and void. This referral program begins October 1, 2007.
